CLE Forms

This guide is based on information from the continuing legal education (CLE) rules and regulations of each state and subject to change as rules are modified by the courts. [Updated through September, 2010]

SPONSORS:  The links below provide access to MCLE rules, regulations and application forms

ATTORNEYS:  You can request credit for attendance at an activity that is not already approved for MCLE credit in your state. The links below provide access to information and application forms.

REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS: All states require a timed course agenda with a description of each session/topic. Most also require a short bio of each faculty member and a table of contents of the materials. Georgia and New York, in a burdensome twist, require a full set of materials…in advance. New Jersey and Illinois also require a full set of materials to be submitted with an application for CLE accreditation.
